Our MissionThe Thankful Ones is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. The Thankful Ones’ purpose is to provide financial support to families in the process of adopting a child/children of addictive parents. The proceeds given to the adoptive family will help pay for court fees, counseling costs, and other expenses that ensure the safety and well being of the child/children. By hosting fundraising events, The Thankful Ones will work to bring awareness to the topics of adoption and addiction and how both affect children involved. We will provide volunteer opportunities to generate a greater effect and to create community involvement and awareness. To maximize our impact, we may seek to collaborate with other similar non-profit organizations which fall under the 501 (c)(3) section of the internal revenue code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
